The Opportunity

Are you passionate about driving transformative change and empowering organisations to achieve their strategic ambitions? As a People & Organisation Growth (P&OG) Consultant at Roche, you’ll play a key role in shaping and enabling large-scale, complex change initiatives across diverse global teams. Partnering with senior leaders and People & Culture teams, you’ll design and implement impactful interventions that align with Roche’s 10-Year Ambitions. From organisation design to culture shaping and leadership effectiveness, you’ll have the opportunity to create meaningful, business-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders and teams to design and deliver impactful organisational development solutions, including cultural and leadership transformation.
  • Diagnose and analyse organisational systems to align strategy, culture, and processes with business goals.
  • Facilitate collaboration and efficiency across global teams and functions, driving measurable outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and an advisory role to senior leaders and teams to enhance effectiveness and performance.
  • Lead consulting interventions and initiatives that align with Roche's strategic ambitions.
  • Collaborate with transformation offices and cross-functional teams to implement sustainable change.

With extensive experience in large, global organisations, you excel in diagnosing complex systems, designing impactful interventions, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You’re a natural coach and advisory, inspiring leaders and teams to grow and achieve their best.

Experience and Expertise:

  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale change initiatives, including organisation design, leadership team effectiveness, change and transformation.

Skills:

  • Deep organisational development, exceptional relationship management, coaching, and facilitation skills, with the ability to navigate in a matrixed environment and influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and conflict-resolution abilities.
