Are you a disputes specialist ready for something a little different? We’re working with a leading UK law firm to find a Knowledge & Development Lawyer to join their high-performing English Dispute Resolution team. This is a standout opportunity to step into a strategic advisory role that directly shapes the success of a top-tier disputes practice. This team is known for handling complex, high-value litigation in the High Court in London, as well as international arbitration (including LCIA and ICC). Their lawyers are technically excellent, commercially sharp, and trusted by major clients on significant disputes — and you’ll play a central role in supporting and enhancing that capability.
As a Knowledge & Development Lawyer, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to:
- Drive legal excellence through training, legal updates, and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with partners on strategy, thought leadership, and innovation
- Ensure the team remains at the cutting edge of developments in English dispute resolution
- Play a visible, valued role across the practice — influencing direction and performance

About You
- Qualified in England & Wales, with a strong background in dispute resolution
