As customers grow, we enable enhanced product adoption and user experience, leveraging your expertise to innovate business and IT processes, support cloud migration, manage releases, and help achieve key business KPIs.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver post-sales support and solutions for Oracle Fusion SaaS customers, serving as a customer advocate.
- Facilitate relationships with Support, Product Management, and cross-line-of-business teams, advising internal Oracle staff on customer issues.
- Build and utilize automation and diagnostics to resolve or prevent customer issues, addressing complex critical problems, sometimes via on-site visits.
The background you should have for this job
- 3-5+ years’ experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS, Database, OBIEE, OTBI, BIP.
- Experience with Java, C++, Groovy, PL/SQL.
- Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance.
- UK Passport Holder with at least 5 years UK residency for SC vetting.
- Experience supporting UK Govt clients with Oracle updates, configuration, and extensions.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and work independently.
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle SaaS HCM, with performance tuning knowledge.
