Role Overview
Step into an exciting role in Milton Keynes, UK, working 37.5 hours a week as a Key Account Manager (15 Month Maternity Cover). You will oversee key customers within our wholesale portfolio, including our brand Fossil and licensed brands like Armani, Michael Kors, Diesel, etc.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing business plans for B2B retail accounts across department stores, independents, and new business, aligned with Fossil's strategic account management process.
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L for assigned accounts.
- Building strong customer relationships to maximize growth and profit opportunities.
- Conducting brand/product presentations for seasonal releases and launch exclusivities with merchants and the GTM team.
- Coordinating annual retailer promotional and sales activities.
- Performing weekly sales analytics, developing reports, and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Leading internal and external business reviews and operational meetings.
- Managing and supporting the Customer Visual Executive field team to maximize independent business channels.
Who We’re Looking For
- Effective written and verbal communicator.
- Proven experience in managing sales accounts and building key customer relationships, including negotiations.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and developing strategic business plans.
- Line management experience.
- Highly analytical with strong negotiation skills, ideally with formal training.
- Languages: English.
