Production Planner

Production Planner – Huel

Huel is looking for a Production Planner to join our Supply Chain team.

About the Role

The Production Planner will plan, balance, and forecast demand to support 100 % product availability across our e‑commerce and retail channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast demand for daily A‑Z cans, snacking bars, and hot & savoury pots.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to keep the customer promise of “Never Out of Stock”.
• Build and nurture relationships with co‑manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot root causes of operational issues to improve day‑to‑day performance.
• Coordinate with sourcing, materials, and logistics teams to align production needs.
• Generate accurate, timely reports on product availability and forward stock coverage.
• Champion best practices and continuous improvement across the team.
• Secure cost savings, increased capacity, and waste reduction opportunities.
• Ensure accurate recording of production transactions in Huel’s Planning and Finance systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain planning or forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data tools or supply chain systems.
• Attention to detail and a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across cross‑functional teams.
• Adaptability, drive, and ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
• STEM background (Maths, Engineering, Physics) a plus.
