The Executive Talent Acquisition (TA) Execution Specialist is responsible for the effective delivery of recruitment lifecycle operations and coordinating recruitment best practice processes in partnership with Exec TA Partner teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manage candidate logistics and onsite support where applicable.
  • Ensure operational excellence in requisition processes, including job specifications, role naming, job postings, and applicant dispositioning.
  • Coordinate Workday recruitment processes for executive hires.
  • Handle executive assessment requests in partnership with assessment vendors and scheduling teams.
  • Manage candidate compliance processes, such as rehire checks.
  • Handle scheduling, contract, background screening, and onboarding support, maintaining communication with hiring managers and new hires.
  • Ensure timely completion of hiring tasks, including contract signing, onboarding, and background checks.
  • Manage start dates, coordinate with screening partners, escalate delays, and confirm start dates.
  • Oversee PO and invoice processing for vendors.
  • Maintain centralized data and communication channels (SharePoint, Teams).
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Provide data analytics, insights, and reporting, including performance metrics and MI.
  • Operate with a strong understanding of data governance, risk, and compliance related to sensitive data.
