Oversee daily maintenance to keep property in good condition. Troubleshoot and perform complex repairs or coordinate with outside contractors. Act as liaison between employees and contractors for specialized issues. Maintain records of equipment performance and maintenance. Draft and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Interact with tenants to fulfill lease requirements and respond to service requests. Qualifications Associate\’s Degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: Bachelor\’s Degree. Knowledge of facility maintenance, coordination, and preventative maintenance. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
