The Role

This is a multifaceted position combining executive support, project coordination, and operational excellence. You’ll be the right hand to regional leadership — anticipating needs, driving efficiency, and ensuring the seamless flow of communication and data across our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to regional leaders, including diary management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.
  • Drive regional projects and strategic initiatives, tracking timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Act as the go-to liaison across departments, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports that support compliance and operational insight.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help onboard new regional staff.
  • Uphold FCA conduct standards and support quality assurance processes.
