Requirements:

  • 6+ years in product management or related roles, launching or managing software functionalities

Your Role at Aha!:

  • Guide large, sophisticated organizations in their innovation efforts
  • Provide responsive, framework-based customer service
  • Support customers from demo to subscription, including procurement and legal processes
  • Share best practices for strategy, idea capture, prioritization, and roadmapping
  • Assist with integration of Aha! with customer tools
  • Gather and share customer feedback

Benefits & Compensation:

In the U.S., the salary range is $100,000–$170,000, with profit sharing, retirement contributions, health benefits, generous paid time off, parental leave, education stipends, and volunteer opportunities. Benefits for international teammates are similarly prioritized.
