Requirements:
- 6+ years in product management or related roles, launching or managing software functionalities

Your Role at Aha!:
- Guide large, sophisticated organizations in their innovation efforts
- Provide responsive, framework-based customer service
- Support customers from demo to subscription, including procurement and legal processes
- Share best practices for strategy, idea capture, prioritization, and roadmapping
- Assist with integration of Aha! with customer tools
- Gather and share customer feedback

Benefits & Compensation:
In the U.S., the salary range is $100,000–$170,000, with profit sharing, retirement contributions, health benefits, generous paid time off, parental leave, education stipends, and volunteer opportunities. Benefits for international teammates are similarly prioritized.
