A highly respected, employee-owned firm is looking to recruit up to two Clinical Negligence Solicitors with 4–6 years’ PQE to join its award-winning team. Based in Altrincham, with the option to work fully remotely after your induction period, this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced solicitor to handle maximum severity work in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Who we’re looking for:
- Qualified solicitor with 4–6 years’ PQE in clinical negligence
- Proven experience managing multi-track, high-value claims
- Able to manage caseloads independently with confidence and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player who is self-motivated, professional and organised
- Comfortable working in a paperless environment
- Strong IT skills including MS Word and Excel
Key responsibilities:
- Handle a mixed caseload of multi-track clinical negligence matters
- Work closely with counsel and experts, advising clients throughout their claim
- Manage all case documentation via case management systems
- Ensure compliance with file management standards and court deadlines
- Represent clients in court and tribunal settings where required
- Maintain regular, clear communication with clients
Salary & benefits:
- £46,000–£52,000 depending on experience
- Fully remote working after induction (office in Altrincham)
