Job Overview
Mitie is looking for a Retail Relief Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service while creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Preferably hold a current SIA license or SIA certificates (training can be provided in some circumstances)
- Preferably hold a full driving license and have access to own vehicle
- Must have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history
Main Duties
- Deliver industry-leading customer service
- Deter violence and public order offences
- Conduct patrols of the store
- Utilize CCTV systems to support crime reduction and stock loss prevention
- Liaise with store management teams
- Coordinate with Police and crime partnerships as needed
- Wear Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety and crime reduction
