What You’ll Do

• Lead and support early-stage design, from site analysis and concept development to planning presentations
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Contribute across all RIBA work stages, with particular emphasis on sustainable design principles
• Develop proposals with a focus on whole-life carbon, circular economy thinking, and urban regeneration
• Work in a highly collaborative environment, balancing creativity with technical delivery

What We’re Looking For

• ARB-registered (Part 3 qualified) Architect
• Experience in housing, residential masterplanning, and mixed-use developments
• Strong conceptual and visual design skills
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for sustainable architecture and commitment to our planet-positive design approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and as part of a team
