A multi-billion dollar AUM, multi-strategy hedge fund, are hiring a newly created position for their Hong Kong trade support team – we are targeting London based operations professionals looking to relocate.

The role sits in a specialist team of trade support analysts, as a more senior member, with a remit split 50/50 between BAU operations and project work. The hire will be a go-to person for multiple trading desks in terms of operational trade life cycle / daily issues, high level analysis / commentary + a responsibility to lead on some projects predominantly focused on improving / optimising existing infrastructure and processes, working alongside engineering teams in order to do so, but also with a focus on running projects for new product / desk launches.

Candidates should have 5-10yrs experience in hedge fund or IB operations / trade support. Strong experience in projects, more specifically process automation, is key. Strong academics and some form of coding skills are preferred.

The hire will receive a significant increase on his/her London base salary, with a top performer earning a large % of this number as a year-end bonus.
