We’re seeking an experienced End User Computing Engineer to support digital workplace initiatives, enhance user productivity, and build a performance-focused user experience control centre.

About the Role

Role: End User Computing Engineer – Infrastructure

Location: Manchester, UK (Hybrid) 3 days in the office

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, secure, and high-quality IT services.
• Enhance hybrid cloud services for scalability and flexibility.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure service resilience.
• Maintain strong end-user computing support and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with MDM tools (Intune, Google Workspace).
• Expertise in configuring and managing MDM environments.
• Troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and fault resolution.
• Knowledge of SaaS monitoring tools and hybrid cloud platforms.

Required Skills
