Consumer Duty Manager - Insurance

A rapidly-growing personal lines insurance business based in Essex is seeking a Customer Outcomes Manager. This is an exciting time to join the business as you will support the firm\’s growth while participating in the establishment of a best-in-class customer outcomes team. On a day-to-day basis, you will support the business in fulfilling its duties related to Consumer Duty. Duties will include: Involvement in the production of papers for Board and Committees Ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty outcomes: products and services price and value, consumer understanding, FCA cross cutting rules and consumer support Liaising with stakeholders to gather required information Developing positive relationships with outsourced partners Working with the business to define their approach to vulnerable customers Working on product governance matters For this role, you will need experience of working in an insurance business and a working knowledge of Consumer Duty.
