CLIENT SERVICES & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT – EVENTS FREELANCE UK
Freelance roles come in quickly and go fast, so we’re currently looking for more UK based freelancers to fill these positions. We work across the UK events sector supporting some of the most established and renowned agencies, venues, organisers and suppliers delivering impactful and innovative projects globally. From product launches, immersive experiences, experiential activations and worldwide incentives to corporate awards, dinners and conferences our clients deliver them all and across a range of sectors.
THE ROLE
As a freelancer roles can range from a week onsite delivery to a longer term appointment working with an internal team on a large-scale project. As an Account Manager/Director your key responsibilities could include:
- Managing client relationships and developing accounts
- Building an understanding of existing client relationships
- Establishing repeat business opportunities
- Unearthing new opportunities and chasing leads within existing accounts
- Taking and developing a client brief
- Leading the pitching process with support from the project team
- Working closely with internal departments and external suppliers
- Holding financial forecasting and target responsibility against accounts
- Implementing strategic planning in relation to account growth
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with proven experience working in event/production agencies in a client services capacity and who are looking for freelance opportunities in the sector.
