Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include:
- Reseller Behavior Analysis: Examine demographics, purchasing trends, product usage, spending habits, loyalty metrics, and other relevant data to understand reseller behavior and preferences.
- Portal Management Assistance: Support the CRM Operations Manager by uploading content and providing close support to the European subsidiary to maintain portal activity.
- Partner Portal Optimization: Improve the partner portal by analyzing user interactions, generating reports, and collaborating with the team to enhance functionality and user experience.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed, you should possess:
- Good understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills
