Overview
We’re recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a medium-sized consultancy with a strong pipeline of London-based residential projects. The business is fully independent and employee-owned, with a growing reputation in the buildings sector and recent recognition as Consultancy of the Year.
You’ll be joining a well-established team delivering a range of schemes for well-known developers and housing associations - from large-scale regeneration through to private residential.
Role Responsibilities
- Managing projects across all pre- and post-contract stages
- Preparing and reviewing cost plans, procurement strategies and reporting
- Leading meetings with clients, contractors and consultants
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to APC development
- Building long-term client relationships across repeat frameworks
