The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association to recruit for a Customer Research & Insight Manager on a permanent contract. As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within Customer Research.
The duties will include:
- Project based work around methods of research and understanding of customer pain points
- Working closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders to ensure actioning of research results
- Overhaul interaction systems including the design and creation of additional surveys relating to customer satisfaction
- Understand customer journey
- Carry out quantitative and qualitative research
- Managing an insight analyst
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Extensive Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods
- Creating, updating and distributing of surveys to collect data
- Strong spoken, written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
