What You Will Do Provide key administrative support and assistance to projects, ensuring smooth delivery using proven project management techniques. Coordinate and plan project and operational meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. Monitor and report on key project metrics to keep everything on track and aligned with objectives. Use standardised project management tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Identify opportunities to improve processes and define best practices for future projects. Undertake additional tasks as directed by the line manager to contribute to the success of the engineering delivery team. What You Will Bring Demonstrable experience in process improvement and project support roles, preferably within manufacturing or engineering. A results-driven attitude with the ability to deliver operational plans in demanding environments. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and support colleagues to achieve shared goals.
