The ideal candidate will have significant experience in internal quality assurance and a thorough understanding of quality assurance systems in the education sector. This freelance position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on learner outcomes and the overall quality of our programs in the following disciplines: Business and Management Psychology and Counselling Health and Social Care Responsibilities Conduct internal quality assurance activities for assessed programs. Evaluate and standardise assessment processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide feedback and guidance to assessors for professional growth. Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and outcomes. Collaborate with teams to improve the quality of educational delivery. Requirements Proven experience in internal quality assurance in an educational setting. In-depth knowledge of assessment standards and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to critically assess and improve assessment practices.
