Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Machinist to join a reputable and well-established company based in Stanmore on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous machinist experience, particularly with press machines operated by foot pedal, or from a printing or similar mechanical environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, practical, and confident working in a fast-paced production setting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating a press machine using a foot pedal
- Ensuring all work meets quality and production standards
- Conducting visual inspections and quality checks
- Labelling, packaging, and manual handling of products
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a machinist is essential
- Experience with press machines or within the printing industry
