We’re looking for a Junior Content Designer to join an agile design team working on a high-impact digital project in the banking sector. You’ll play a key role in improving how users manage subscriptions through a major mobile banking app, helping make the experience clearer, simpler, and more human.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your experience working in a large, collaborative design environment with strong content and UX communities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating simple, clear and engaging app content for customer journeys
  • Working with UX designers, researchers and developers in a multidisciplinary squad
  • Using research and data insights to inform content decisions
  • Supporting the development and use of content standards, tone of voice, and style guides
  • Helping with content critiques, testing and iteration based on feedback
  • Presenting your work and ideas to product and design stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

  • Some experience with UX writing or content design (internships, freelance or in-house)
  • Ability to simplify complex language and write in plain English
  • Comfortable working in agile teams and open to collaboration and feedback
  • Familiar with Figma or other design tools (training can be provided)
  • Passionate about inclusive design and improving digital experiences for users
  • Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced, supportive environment
