We are working exclusively with a prestigious Family Office, looking to hire a Real Estate Associate to support with the management and development of their £1bn property portfolio. This role will report into the Property Director and work closely with the Principle of the family office.
In this role, you will support with the maintenance and management of a highly diverse property portfolio which spans the UK, Western Europe, and South America and has a variety of assets including large estates, working agriculture, residential units, etc. You will also support on some ongoing development projects, speaking with the heads of construction, building consultants and architects (with some large projects including listed properties).
For this, we are looking for an intelligent professional with experience in the Real Estate space. You should have excellent academics and any additional relevant qualifications are desirable. It is important to be effective in communicating with a range of stakeholders, be incredibly organised and enjoy working at a fast pace.
The team are looking to hire the top talent in the sector, and hence are prepared to offer a significant uplift from your current base salary. Bonuses will be a minimum of 50%, and often extend to 100%, as well as offering market leading benefits. Benefits include free breakfast/lunch, dental/health cover and gym membership.
