We run a performance search practice placing legal, tech, and leadership talent into scaling, investor-backed, and founder-led companies across the UK, Europe, USA and the Middle East.

If you’ve built strong connections with CEOs, founders, CHROs or investors, we would like to work with you.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Make warm introductions to decision-makers hiring senior talent
• Use your judgement and network to open meaningful conversations
• Act as a trusted growth partner, no delivery, no admin, no recruiting

🔹 What You’ll Get

• 30% share of net fees on every placement resulting from your introduction
• Full transparency and clear communication throughout
• Zero delivery responsibility, we handle everything end-to-end
