With three homes already making a significant impact across Essex, we re now looking for a Registered Manager to lead their 4-bed home in Canvey Island , supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). What You ll Do: Lead the day-to-day operations of a 4-bed EBD children s home. Develop and inspire a dedicated team who are passionate about care. Ensure children receive tailored support in a safe, nurturing environment. Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards. Collaborate with senior leadership as the provider grows and evolves. What We re Looking For: Experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy looking for the next step. A strong background in supporting children with EBD. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards it). A passionate leader who can bring out the best in their team and make a lasting impact.
