About the Role

An experienced, passionate, and professional individual, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for the successful maintenance and continuous improvement of the M3 ERP system.

You will provide support, guidance, and training to ensure optimal performance of the system, aligning it with business needs and objectives. You will play a critical role in investigating material variances, conducting root cause analysis, and driving resolution in collaboration with the Operations and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and close Manufacturing Orders (MOs) with Shift Managers, analysing variances.
• Train and support shift managers to enhance MO accuracy and system usage.
• Liaise with Finance to understand and address material cost variances.
• Track inventory and improve production area accuracy.
• Manage RF scanner functionality and availability.
• Conduct root cause analysis and lead continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor supply chain and warehouse operations, ensuring M3 accuracy.
• Lead user training and system optimisation workshops.
• Manage and resolve M3 service tickets for the site.
• Create and implement action plans to address process deviations.

What\’s needed

• Competency in key Infor M3 modules (PDM, COP, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance).
• Proven ERP experience, particularly with Infor M3.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce desirable).
• A Level qualification or equivalent.
• A second language would be beneficial but is not essential.
