We are looking for an exceptional EA to join our finance client, to organise and assist their CEO and Board in their business and private lives. This is a challenging role with a high degree of responsibility and exposure to the Board, their clients and the wider business. In addition, there are excellent opportunities for growth within the company.
They are seeking someone highly organised, efficient and proactive with exceptional written and spoken English, as drafting materials and communicating and engaging stakeholders effectively will be an important part of the job. Flexibility and doing what is needed to get the job done are key.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support, helping key business stakeholders stay on top of their schedules and deliverables; therefore, lots of initiative, professionalism and a strong team ethic are required.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with 2 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative or support role, preferably within finance, tech, or a corporate environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Outlook is essential.
Hours: 9-6pm (degree of flexibility when key reports are out of office)
Based: Office
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Extensive diary management – scheduling and managing
- Travel – working with a travel company and sales team to arrange overseas trips
- Providing detailed travel itineraries
- Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting packs
- Event planning – organising Board on-sites, off-sites and ad hoc events
- Personal errands – e.g., collecting dry cleaning and other ad hoc requests
- Providing ad hoc support for Senior Management
- Providing cover when required
