What is Pathway+?
This is NOT an apprenticeship itself — Pathway+ is an eight-week hybrid preparation programme built specifically to support Black Heritage students in getting ready for high-level apprenticeship applications. Whether you already know the kind of career you’re aiming for, or you’re just beginning to explore your options, Pathway+ will give you the tools to succeed when you apply for actual apprenticeships. You’ll take part in a blend of online and in-person sessions focused on real-world preparation for your future apprenticeship journey.

- Open to being mentored and supported through the preparation process
You don’t need prior experience or a clear plan — just a willingness to take part, learn, and prepare for your future apprenticeship applications.
What you’ll gain from Pathway+
