About The Role:
Role Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Security Controller Workforce Planner to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our Head Office in Ipswich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Planning – Shift allocation; Staff attendance monitoring; Sourcing and coordinating cover for vacant shifts and in the case of absence or sickness.
- Staff Welfare – Conduct regular checks on lone workers in the field.
- CCTV Monitoring – Observing cameras from across our national sites for intruder detection purposes.
- Incident Reporting – Liaising with clients regarding on-site incidents, following escalation processes and procedures, as necessary.
- Data Management – Collating and processing staffing data, as required.
About You:
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
- A proven track record in workforce planning or recruitment is highly desirable.
- Experience working within the Security industry would be highly advantageous – the experience of working in a control room environment would be of particular interest.
- Agile and effective in responding quickly to situations.
- Attention to detail, and the ability to work strategically and think one step ahead will be essential.
- Highly organised, efficient, and able to multi-task; candidates who are adaptable and results-orientated are most likely to thrive in this role.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Word & Excel.
Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858).
