About The Role
As Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our transport operations meet or exceed all legal and safety requirements. You’ll oversee audits, policies, and compliance administration, while advising on future legislation and driving continuous improvement across the fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead compliance across vehicle legislation, safety standards, and training.
- Conduct site assessments and audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Manage compliance with EU drivers’ hours, Working Time Regulations, and Operator Licence requirements.
- Oversee third-party and agency compliance.
- Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programmes.
- Provide senior management with performance reporting and risk assessments.
