Reporting directly to ownership, this is a pivotal role for someone who lives and breathes hotel finance - and knows how to turn numbers into strategic action. You'll be the financial heartbeat of our cluster, partnering with the Group GM to deliver robust reporting, smart analysis, and flawless control - all while keeping payroll and compliance watertight.
What You'll Own:
- Full P&L ownership for each hotel in the portfolio
- End-to-end payroll for all hotel employees
- Month-end and year-end accounting - no detail missed
- Annual audit preparation and coordination
- Keeping financial controls sharp, processes clean, and compliance tight
