The Opportunity: PureSpectrum is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Strategic Accounts to join our EMEA team. As a VP of Strategic Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the company's client development efforts with our key accounts. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand and strengthen client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves onboarding and growing multi-million dollar global accounts, often requiring product development discussions to unlock growth. The position reports to a senior leader within the Client team, with the final reporting structure to be confirmed based on the candidate's experience and organisational fit.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Understand client needs and objectives, providing strategic recommendations and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and product, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring contract terms are met.
- Track and report on sales performance and KPIs, providing regular updates to management.
- Support onboarding and implementation stages for clients and work on continuous optimisation of the PureSpectrum platform to meet evolving requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow each Key Account.
- Support new business pitches for potential Key Accounts.
- Lead and mentor internal teams on each Key Account, providing guidance to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients' research needs.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Analyse client performance and feedback to identify areas for improvement and maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the market research and insights industry, especially technology and data-driven solutions.
- 7+ years of experience in account management and revenue growth roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in survey and account data.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and in teams.
- Willingness to travel as required.
