The Fleet & Business department is responsible for realising the sales potential of Jaguar and Land Rover within the premium and luxury corporate sectors of the UK market. This includes development of core sales channels including National Key Accounts, Small & Medium Enterprises (SME), Contract Hire & Leasing, Public Sector, Subscription, Daily Rental and Diplomatic, which collectively account for over 35% of total JLR UK sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the Fleet & Business sales strategy for JLR in the UK market.
- Lead a large team, including national and field-based sales roles, and purchased service support for order to cash processes.
- Influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Financial Services, Brand, Marketing & PR, Customer Experience, Sales Planning, Commercial, Finance, JLR Retailers, Leasing Industry, Residual Value influencers and Risk Setters.
- Commercially astute with a deep understanding of agency (direct) and wholesale sales models, Benefit in Kind taxation, Contract Hire & Leasing, competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Highly influential and credible with internal and external stakeholders, including Retailers, business leaders, leasing industry, Residual Value stakeholders and Fleet & Business media.
