Stamford Bridge Hotel is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to play a key role in managing the preparation and service within the hotel restaurant kitchen. You will report to the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef working towards running a specific section or station, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of that area, providing our guests with a memorable dining experience.
