The Behaviour Mentor will be responsible for supporting the teacher with the smooth running of the classroom and pupils within the classroom or on a 1:1 basis with their work or managing behaviour. Requirements The desired Behaviour Mentor will; Hold a minimum L2 Teaching Assistant qualification Have knowledge and experience supporting children with special educational needs Have excellent communication skills Have a caring and empathetic manner What We Offer As a Behaviour Mentor, part of our team, you benefit from: Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
