About The Role
As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function by managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and maintaining HR systems. Your expertise will help ensure smooth HR operations and compliance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating employee records using HR software
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Providing administrative support for HR initiatives and projects
- Responding to employee queries and supporting communication channels
- Ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies
- Assisting with payroll and benefits administration as required
- Supporting training and development activities
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in HR administration or HR support roles
- Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR, etc.)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Right to work in the UK
