We’re looking for a motivated Amazon FBA specialist to lead the Amazon strategy and execution here at For Silk and Sleep, a brand with huge growth potential and plans for rapid product range expansion.
This is a commission-based opportunity, with potential to evolve into a retainer + commission model based on results. The role is fully remote, with flexible hours, unlimited holidays, and full ownership of strategy and execution — all while being supported by the brand owner. This isn’t a solo role. You’ll be in daily contact with the founder, working collaboratively to meet goals and KPIs. Expect ongoing support, daily/weekly check-ins, and space to do what you do best — without micromanagement, to fully take the reins, drive growth, and be rewarded directly for performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale Amazon FBA operations across UK and US marketplaces
- Collaborate with the brand owner to optimise listings (SEO, copy, A+ content) for maximum conversion
- Plan, launch, and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Monitor performance metrics (ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR) and adjust accordingly
- Deliver weekly performance reports and action plans
- Stay updated on Amazon’s latest tools, trends, and policies
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ proven Amazon FBA experience with private label brands in UK & US Markets
- Expert knowledge of Seller Central, listing optimisation, and Amazon Ads
- Proficiency with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to overlap 3+ hours daily with the owner
