Main Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of Health and Safety and customer care.
- Develop and promote engaging leisure programs to increase usage and profitability.
- Manage shifts to optimize performance and customer service.
- Assist in financial planning and budget management.
- Manage the Duty Manager team in the absence of the Centre Manager.
- Daily tasks include deputizing for the Centre Manager, managing staff, maintaining facilities, ensuring safety compliance, staff training, marketing, and financial management.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications in Leisure Management, Sports Development, or related fields are preferred.
- Essential: First Aid at Work, National Pool Lifeguard Qualification; Pool Plant Operators qualification desirable.
