THE FIELD ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE: * Partner with the Sales Director to shape and deliver the UK commercial strategy * Own relationships with major retail partners, ensuring the brand stays top of mind * Grow brand visibility by expanding the brands in-store presence and floor space * Identify new sales channels and help us break into fresh territory * Train and inspire retail staff, delivering product knowledge sessions in-store and at the UK factory * Act as the eyes and ears of the business, gathering competitor intel and customer feedback to influence product development. * Analyse sales performance across your region and take action to maximise opportunity. * Report on regional activity, delivering insights and updates on time, every time.
