We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Team Lead (AM Level) to join our team. This role involves leading a team of DevOps engineers, managing project deliveries, and driving technical innovation across CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation, and release management. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, problem solver, and technical expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
- Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to design and implement scalable and secure DevOps solutions.
- Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including solutioning, provisioning, monitoring, and scaling environments.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
- Drive automation across deployments, monitoring, testing, and configuration management.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through proactive monitoring and incident response.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource management.
- Ensure best practices in DevOps, SRE, and cloud security are followed across the team.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve the DevOps ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6–10 years of overall DevOps & Cloud experience with 3+ years in a DevOps role.
- Proven experience leading DevOps or infrastructure teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo, Azure DevOps).
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Solid understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar).
