The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The Head Coach will be responsible for building the platform to achieve the Club's high ambitions for the Women's game and contributing to the development of the Women's Youth Teams and players. They should be able to identify and attract quality players for the first team and work with an equally ambitious team of staff to deliver the results on the pitch. They will play a crucial role in the overall success of the Women’s programme with responsibility to foster an environment in which individuals can thrive, to accelerate the development and performance of players and to compete at the highest level.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high quality training plans aligned with the coaching team and in line with the club’s playing philosophy.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing squad ensuring best in class player recruitment and retention.
  • Design and implement players individual personal development plans.
  • Foster an elite culture both on and off the pitch.
  • Develop, build and lead a team of coaching staff to improve the first team performance and growth.
  • Represent the team internally and externally, championing the women’s game at every level.
  • Support the development of the Girls programme.
  • Any other duties as requested.

About The Candidate

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • UEFA A Licence.
  • Experience managing or coaching senior/open-age women’s teams.
  • Knowledge of the Women's game in Wales and the recruitment potential of North West England is desirable.
  • A track record in Women’s football is essential.
  • Emergency First Aid Certificate or willingness to work towards.
  • Safeguarding qualification or willingness to work towards.
