Are you an experienced hospitality leader ready to take on a dynamic and challenging role in the heart of London? Criterion Hospitality is seeking a Cluster General Manager to oversee the operations of three boutique hotels and two vibrant rooftop venues in the Leicester Square area.

About the Role

As the Cluster General Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless day-to-day operations of these unique properties, driving exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent operations across all properties.
