Proven track record achieving measurable inside sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills The highest level of integrity Experience dealing with architect, interior designers, builders and developers within the construction industry Key responsibilities Key Responsibilities & Tasks Of Assistant BDM Support the BDM in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential new customers to grow the business. Review Glenigan’s on a weekly basis and identify new business opportunities and new areas of market for growth. Assist the BDM with following up on project opportunities & leads and assist with converting to order. Updating and maintaining Sales Force daily to ensure client & project information is up to date. Assist with maintaining client relationships including preparing proposals & presentations alongside design & estimating department. Participate in buyer selection meetings. Support the BDM with daily tasks including clients meetings/ project specification/ sample distribution/ site visits Secure at least 2 new target accounts each month. React to new leads and business opportunities secured via material bank.
