Responsibilities

• Lead a team committed to delivering the highest standard of care to service users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and the Line Manager.
• Ensure family and friends feel welcomed and keep healthcare professionals well‑informed.
• Keep the Line Manager up to speed with residents’ needs and progress.
• Follow guidelines and policies, promoting a team‑player culture.
• Write up care plans and other required documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
• Flexible, patient, caring, organised and people‑oriented.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Completed or working towards a QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Salary: £14.49 per hour

Working Hours: 18 hours per week

Shift Times: 07:45‑20:15
