Responsibilities:

  • Designing lesson plans for each of your sessions
  • Monitoring attendance, sessions & lesson engagement through our digital platform
  • Communicating with TP Tutors & Parents/Carers effectively
  • Making Safeguarding a priority
  • Flexibility to offer remote and in-person tuition

What we are looking for:

  • ESOL experience
  • Experience with primary or secondary-aged children
  • Enthusiasm, engagement, and resilience
  • At least 2 years’ experience of tutoring 1:1 or groups of students
  • Understand Special Educational Needs (SEN) or are willing to learn
  • Have experience in 1:1 tuition
  • Skilled at managing challenging behaviours
