Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate and play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. In your daily tasks, you will diligently collect on your assigned accounts, and leverage Tesorio for task management and dunning notices. On a weekly basis, you will review accounts on support hold, handle portal customers uploading invoices/portal set ups, and support Zendesk triage for the AR team. If you’re a meticulous and results-driven professional with a passion for accounts receivable management, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to our financial success.
What You’ll Do
- Support weekly reconciliations of Professional Services Billing.
- Prepare weekly PO/Portal reconciliation reporting and submission of billing in 3rd party billing portals.
- Support AM/PM Zendesk ticket triage for Accounts Receivable Team.
- Handle low-moderate collections.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Back up for posting of cash receipts and report preparation.
What You’ll Bring
- 1-2 years Accounts Receivable experience.
- 1-2 years in SaaS/software preferred.
- Solid understanding of accounts receivable and financial concepts.
- Ability to work and achieve deadlines independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to business technology and leverage available resources.
- Knowledge in Zuora Billing, Salesforce CRM, Tesorio, 3rd party billing portals (Ariba, Coupa), Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and objectives.
- Ability to use GitLab.
