As an NMC Registered Nurse in Elderly Care, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for elderly patients. Your expertise will not only enhance the quality of life for our seniors but also ensure their safety and dignity throughout their care journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of elderly patients’ physical and mental health
- Develop and execute personalized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
