Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of elderly patients’ physical and mental health Develop and execute personalized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Administer medications and treatments, following established care protocols Monitor and document changes in patients’ conditions, reporting any concerns to the healthcare provider Offer emotional support and reassurance to elderly patients and their families Maintain a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to quality standards and regulations Participate in continuous education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge in elderly care Active NMC registration is mandatory Experience in elderly care or geriatric nursing is highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Willingness to relocate if necessary Commitment to ongoing professional development and improving elderly care practices Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping Competitive salary with additional benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
