About the Role – Customer Service Advisor (Call Centre): This is a key role in our customer service team – you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with questions and solving problems. You’ll also support the business by spotting opportunities to retain or grow accounts.
What You’ll Do:
- Take phone calls from customers and help them with their enquiries in a friendly and helpful way.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on outstanding issues or provide updates.
- Update customer details and collect missing or overdue payments.
- Handle mid-term policy changes and explain options clearly to customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to help keep existing customers and identify new opportunities.
- Log any complaints or concerns accurately and make sure they’re followed up properly.
