Location: Sunbury or London (Kinly operates a hybrid working policy allowing for a mix of office and home working)

Kinly is a leading integrator of audio-visual and unified communications solutions, serving as a globally trusted technology advisor to leading organisations. For more than 25 years, we have been designing, developing, integrating and supporting complex audiovisual solutions.
Due to the expansion of the platform to the UK region, we now have a new opportunity for a proven Application Manager to join Kinly’s dynamic and international application team, where you will play a vital role in shaping and optimising our application landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the adoption and expansion of SAP Business One across Kinly, including implementation in additional countries
- Continuously enhance the existing SAP Business One platform
- Develop automations and support system integrations
- Create innovative solutions to drive efficiencies for business stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate technical projects
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members and support staff
- Proven expertise as an SAP Application Manager or Consultant
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, integration platforms, and APIs
- Experience working with business stakeholders and an understanding of business processes
- Skilled in requirements analysis, functional and technical design, testing, and agile methodologies
- Experience collaborating with and managing external vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English
- Willing to work outside regular hours, be on standby periodically, and travel internationally as needed
